The knock on effects it will have on the area.. loss of a peaceful countryside cycle route. Impact it will have on the quiet lane at the rear of Burbage Common (Burnage Common Road) yes the right of way will remain for cyclists but it will be between the new buildings and the morotway. Impact it will have being visible beyond the common, Extra traffic that will drive along Sapcote Road Burbage / Hinckley road sapcote due to the opening of the M69 junction.
