Concern about what mitigation has been put in place to ease traffic on an already busy A47 Hinckley Road due to existing and planned housing development. Would like to see a separate construction traffic access and egress plan for the period of the build. As Leicester has a high level of patients suffering from asthma the effect of more static traffic at Narborough need to be considered along with impact on the travel times for rail passengers from Narborough.
