The increased number of trains due to this development will have a massive impact on the traffic at the Narborough train station. Already due to the current number of trains the barriers come down on a regular basis causing traffic to build up along the narrow street. This causes congestion within the village and has a negative impact on the air quality due to the car fumes. If the rail terminal project is approved there will be a significant increase in the number of trains. Therefore the barriers crossing the railway will come down more often hence worsening congestion and pollution. Both of these would be a significant risk to the local area and the health of the residents of Narborough and Littlethorpe.
