Dear Planning Inspectorate, As a long-standing resident of the area (currently residing in Braunstone Town) with strong family ties to Earl Shilton and Hinckley, I wish to voice my support for the Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange (HNRFI) proposal. The economic benefits of this project, will undoubtedly inject vitality into our local economy and provide invaluable employment and business opportunities. I also anticipate that the improved connectivity, especially the new link road to the M69, will alleviate traffic congestion and benefit the wider region. I understand there may be concerns about such a large-scale project. However, I don't believe there will be any increase in noise or an increase in traffic as some are saying in the local area. Considering some of the other recent warehouse developments, this one is quite out of the way. More frequent use of the train crossing in Narborough is a concern for local residents, but overall I think this is a great opportunity for the wider area. In conclusion, I firmly believe that the HNRFI is an excellent opportunity for our region, and I trust that you will consider the wide-reaching benefits it offers. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Brook Richardson
