  1. This will affect my property as there is development on my road. This will devalue my property. 2. I have young children who cross this road to go to school, this is already a very busy, unsafe road. 3. Increased traffic will increase the risk of a serious accident. 4. I am concerned about air pollution, my son suffers from asthma and the increased traffic from dirty diseal lorries will make his condition worse. 5. I am concerned about the noise pollution during the works and the additional lorries. 6. I am concerned about the dust pollution from the works that will take many years to complete, this will increase poor health and wellbeing. 7. The wildlife in the area will be destroyed and gone forever, domestic animals will also be affected by the additional traffic, so effectively being killed by road. 8. I am concerned that more green spaces are being used for development. 9. Green spaces are needed to be maintained for well-being, the environment and wildlife. This development will destroy the local green spaces. 10. Sapcote is a village off Roman heritage, this development will cause a loss off identity to our village. 11. The consultation process must be redone as no discussions or details were ever presented, only amateur pictures with no detail. The people presenting the consultation were incompetent and unable to answer any questions or provide detail. 12. This development brings no benefits to the area and only has negative impacts to the people of Blaby District. 13. Tritax have made no effort to provide clarity of the development on Leicester Road, Sapcote. 14. I'm appalled that this application has been considered without adequate consultation.
