  1. No detailed and informed consultation has taken place only a series of presentations with artists impressions of the development. I attended these meetings and when I asked relevant questions regarding the detail of the proposal the employee of Tritax just walked away without answering. This seemed to be a theme where none of the people presenting where willing to discuss any detail at all. 2. I live in the village of Sapcote and it looks like there will be road works on Leicester Road, I have been given no detail of the works or how long it will last. I must stress that Leicester road can not safely have any further vehicles like large dirty lorries, vans and general works traffic. 3. I am concerned about the pollution during this development and the affect it will have on the commuinity for many years. 4. I am very concerned on the affect with the environment with all the dust, light and noise pollution. This will be for many years and has not been discussed at all. 5. I am very concerned that my daily life will be affected and compromised for many years with road works, disruption, noise, dirt, works traffic travelling down our Leicester Road which is already too busy. 6. This development will start to erode the strong Roman Heritage in Sapcote and all the other surrounding Fosse villages. We must not loose our Identity. This has not been considered or discussed. 7. Large parts of our green spaces will be lost for ever with this development, no consideration has been discussed with Tritax about this. Tritax have been unwilling to talk or discuss other than; questionnaires that were pretty much ignored. 8. This development will increase the carbon footprint for Sapcote and the surrounding villages with all the additional thousands of diesel lorries, works vans, cars. Are we not trying to stop air pollution. The impact locally has not been discussed. 9. The local villages are not supported with public transport so the development can only be accessed via vehicles, this is unreasonable and not thought out. 10. This devloment is not essential going forward and is likely to become just another warehouse development that provides low paid jobs. Creating more traffic and disruption. 11. Looking at the plans there will be areas of Burbage common affected, these areas are essential for recreation and well being. I believe this development will have a negative impact on well being, especially as Tritax have not even tried to provide an informed detail consultation where discussion and counter proposals are considered. The Blaby district community which is many thousands of people has been treated badly and deserve more respect. I will like to see this unwanted development proposal scrapped immediately.
