We have had earlier discussions with the developer. The impact on travel throughout the area will be unimaginable and has not been adequately addressed - the roads will be a nightmare but if the inspectorate is in any way minded to approve the plan we will be arguing that the bridleway and footpath provisions are inadequate and could be conditioned to properly compensate for the lost amenity. We see no need for such a facility with others offering very much the same not many miles away.
