I wish to oppose this development because it is totally unnecessary. We already have or in process of being built, in very close proximity, at least 7 rail freight interchanges. ALL of them underused. We already have millions of and more in the process of being built of Warehouse space laying empty. Why destroy the lives of 1000’s of villagers. Why destroy much needed green space. Why congest even more of the over congested roads in the area, including the A5 and M69. Why do all this damage when it is not even needed. The developers are not a charity and are wanting to build this development not out of concern for the planet but solely to make money. As we have so many , so near , already, it should be rejected out of hand. The public don’t want it, the parish councils don’t want it, the district councils don’t want it. Even our MP’s and opposition parties don’t want it.
