All my comments apply to both Stoney Stanton and Sapcote. I am worried about increased heavy commercial traffic loading through the villages causing noise and vibration. There is already a large Rail Freight Terminal at nearby Daventry which I believe obviates the need for an extra one here which would destroy green fields and farm land adversely affecting local wildlife biodiversity. The identity and quarrying heritage of our villages would be compromised and our already stretched village infrastructure and facilities could not, I believe, sustain any more large scale housing development which the project would require. There is also a danger of periodic flooding caused by the large area of concrete/tarmac covering a large area of fields and farmland and air quality would also be severely impaired.
