I am [Redacted], so use text only with the phone. I have two broad comments, Burbage Common and effect on M69. Burbage Common. The site is very close to the Common. It is not clear what impact the project will have on the Common. The Common is important for many reasons and can be seen as the lungs for Hinckley and the surrounding areas. It is absolutely essential for any project to have a zero impact on the Common. On this basis, the project must have a 100% assurance that it will have no effect on the Common. Any leeway will be taken advantage of by the project and any future projects in the area, so the Common HAS to be protected. M69. Currently the M69 often has very slow or non moving traffic, especially at the junction with M1. That can be extremely frustrating for all drivers. I simply cannot see how the project can be implemented without making the situation even worst. Again the project needs to provide cast iron guarantees that the traffic will not be worsen. If that guarantee cannot be given, then the project should be turned down.
