Considering we have the environment as massive consideration nowadays, more common land is being ruined yet again and the impact to wildlife will greatly suffer. Noise and night time light pollution, another consideration that will impact our daily lives. Local impact to traffic, Hinckley is busy enough with traffic from all the new building around our area and no additional infrastructure is put in place to help with the problem of ever increasing amounts of cars etc travelling along our only one main road in / out of Hinckley. Air pollution. This is a massive concern for me, that would impact my health, being asthmatic. I feel there is no need for a rail terminal near to our beautiful part of the world as we have an amazing countryside for everyone to enjoy and the thought of this being destroyed for warehousing, rail links and profit for already very wealthy companies should not be allowed. The cost for the wild life and a place where we are able to visit for our well being, as we are continually told, will be lost of ever.
