This development will seriously impact on us and our environment. Firstly, the hub itself will annex our only free space for miles. This will affect the local fauna and flora and will impact the views and feeling of open space. There will also be an increase in the size and frequency of trains going through the Common to access the hub. Then there is the impact on the local roads. This includes the new planned road to access the A47 at the end of our road. This will cut through many local fields and will increase the traffic locally. Currently we have a lot of wild life near the village including deer, owls and hawks. This is OUR green space. Our area already has less trees and parks than London which is pitiful for rural England. There are similar facilities already down the A5. Do we really need another one?
