I do not agree with putting a development such as this in a rural village location. The added traffic, noise and light pollution is going to have a massive impact on all the surrounding areas. It will also devalue property and add to an already burdened infrastructure and the roads are not suitable for the additional traffic that will flood to use the open interchange.
