This project is all about Developer and no doubt Government ( ie whats in it for them ! ) This possible development WILL HAVE A TOTALLY NEGATIVE IMPACT on those who live in the local area the developer has ZERO INTEREST IN US !!! The fact being we are surrounded by Rail Road Freight interchanges , possibly 4 within a 50 mile radius and tgey are all expanding Crick Interchange estate is HUGE also a New Road Freight interchange at Northampton is already under construction and again this will be yet another massive site . Tritax are under the impression their plans are all good and positive sadly this is ten million miles away from the truth The truth being this planned develooment will be a MASSIVE MISTAKE foe all those in the local area as well as the local environment and countryside . However this is all about financial greed and the people who will suffer , that will be us !
