Living opposite part of the train track that will be used to service the distribution hub, I genuinely am concerned about the damage the increased volume of freight trains will do to the structural integrity of my home, and others around me. The current infrequently freight train causes vibrations throughout, how will this be when they are bigger and heavier. Despite having read that vibration tests have been passed for this project, I fail to see how! Further, Hinckley does not have the infrastructure to support this, does not need the disproportionally high volume of low paid jobs this will bring, nor the destruction of some many wildlife habitats.
