Massive overdevelopment in this area already. Size of proposal is breathtaking considering proposed location amongst what is a group of rural villages. Character of area will be altered irreparably. Farmland is being taken at alarming rate considering we are trying to be more self sufficient. During and after construction the already overloaded road system will not cope with additional traffic. After construction higher levels of noise, light pollution, effects on natural habitats and traffic levels. No clear benefits to local residents. Construction on this scale alongside and simultaneous to all the other unwanted development in this part of Leicestershire and adjacent Warwickshire will cause major disruption for a considerable time for residents trying to get on with their daily lives.
