The infrastructure in this area is already stretched. Congestion is already at maximum during peak traffic times. Brookside is the only road currently able to withstand heavy traffic. This will directly affect Brookside residents. Burbage Common is a much used public amenity. The disruption and destruction caused by the building of such a large complex will have a negative impact on the wildlife within the common. We are very lucky to have such a diverse collection of birds and mammals in this local area, the disruption to the habitat will ruin the balance and ecology of the site. We already have a number of huge distribution centres in and around this area which negatively impacts local traffic. The complex may provide local jobs, however the increased traffic will only add to the already congested nearby towns and villages.
