Huge detrimental environmental impact Natural habitats will be destroyed, noise pollution and light pollution as site is right next door to Burbage Common. Increase in traffic of large vehicles such as lorries on an area that already gets gridlocked at peak times and is a disaster when there are accidents on the A5, M69 and M1. There is no demand for a rail freight with others a short distance away. Burbage Common is a local gem visited by lots of the local community. You would be ruining the enjoyment of this beautiful place for local residents who use it for dog walking, family walks and picnics having a big impact on people's mental health and well being.
