As a resident I am not objecting on the basis of 'not in my backyard', this proposal may have many commercial benefits to it, however, my primary concern is based on the potential loss of Burbage Common Woods. This is a nature area which many local residents used on a daily basis for dog walking and exercise. It would be such a shame for this generation along with future ones to lose this as we don't really have anything else equivalent in the Hinckley area. In the modern world where there is so much emphasis on being enviromentally friendly and conserving the world, this seems to go against the grain. However, I guess nothing changes, money talks at the end of the day.
