The proposed rail terminal will destroy the peace and calm of the Burbage Common area. Concrete is encroaching on all sides in the Midlands and it is vital area for the large population of the borough to find some peace and quiet. We do not need jobs here. We already have too many houses. What's more, this project is unnecessary as we already have a rail freight area on the M1/A5 at Daventry 18 miles away.
