I am very concerned about the impact this will have on the area. This is so near our common which many people use for the physical and mental health benefits. The wildlife will be badly affected and the countryside surrounding the common lost. The impact of this to many residents (people and animals/birds/plants) will be devastating! I have used the common since I was a small child and it is not just the common itself but the surrounding area which has been of great importance and benefit to my life both mentally and physically. This development is not needed in this area as we already have others that are already established. It is unnecessary and unwanted!! So much of our countryside is being lost to big developments causing many animals, birds and plants to now be classed as endangered we should be doing all we can to keep these areas of natural beauty.
