Increase in traffic congestion is a concern particularly in relation to the forecast of traffic at Dodwells Bridge roundabout on the A5 which is already very congested and through Hinckley town centre on the B4668 from the access road. Negative impact on wildlife and the amenity of Burbage Common. I do not believe that there is a proven further need for a rail freight terminal in this location as there is already a rail freight terminal at Daventry.
