This MAJOR development of green belt and community land will massively impact on the local and wider areas surrounding the site. The cost to the environment is too great. The argument that it will lessen traffic is certainly debatable. The close proximity to Burbage Common is totally unacceptable. The impact on local communities is certain to be negative to their wellbeing and mental health. Where have the feasibility study’s results been published for public consumption? We need to be fully informed! I understand that plenty is being voiced about the creation of employment and apprenticeship opportunities but in my opinion the jobs created will not be paid well and have limited permanence with a reliance on zero hour and temporary contracts. We do not need this and we do not want it!
