Concern about impact on wildlife and natural environment of a really important green space - Burbage Common. The common is consistently busy and a really important and much valued space for so many people, whether dog walking, improvement of physical and mental health & wellbeing, a place for children to play safely and explore and learn about nature. Also real concerns about increased traffic in an area which is already inundated with other recent large developments including Hinckley Park with DPD and Amazon site, and recent expansion of Magna Park. These developments have had a significant impact on heavy goods vehicles driving through our village of Sharnford, using it as a short cut to the A5 rather than keeping to the motorway. There is potential that this site will add further to this situation.
