This is a totally unsuitable location for this huge development as the M69 has constant traffic problems anyway at both the M1 and M6 junctions and this has been totally ignored by the development company although it is a key factor. Even with the new access roads on the plan it will still mean extra heavy traffic to the site through several village centres which is dangerous and unacceptable. Also being ignored is the rail/road crossing at Narborough station which struggles at the minute with present day trains to Leicester and Birmingham at busy times plus freight trains and will come to a standstill with the projected additional trains to the rail interchange. As a local area we are surrounded with warehousing within a 15 or 20 mile radius almost to the point of overload as many of the warehouses have remained empty for years. The loss of open farmland and green spaces surrounding our homes is unforgivable
