I'm strongly opposed to this development due to Burbage Common being one of the last areas of outstanding beauty in Hinckley and Burbage and is used by the locals all through the year. It feels like the town is being swallowed and consumed by warehouses and logistics hubs and this was one area citizens could escape that. It would be deeply saddening and depressing to see this last bastion of woods and wildlife destroyed for the slight convenience afforded to corporations and distribution companies.
