Restricts animal natural movements in an area already under hard constraints. Noise of operations will negatively affect sleep and personal performance. Noise also inhibits quality outdoor time and time in the natural environment where proposed construction is to be built. Reducing natural environment has a prolonged negative effect on humans. Major Rail distribution port DIRFT is only 20 miles away, why not to build as a super centre to be more economical? Financial degrades area eg house prices Road congestion increase in an area already suffering from severe under investment in network, proposal drives more large goods vehicles into the area which will not limit themselves to the planned proposal of ‘all will follow the new connection to M69’ that is nonsense to try to hide the absolute pressure on the other roads, the M69 to M1 junction is already with plus 1 mile queues. A5 with many more issues that have led to repeated speed reductions to try (unsuccessfully) to assist.
