It’s an overly large development which will have an immense impact on a Community Asset - Burbage Common - which is a jewel used and enjoyed by many people in the area and have a devastating impact on the large amount of wildlife that lives on the Common. The increase in container traffic will have a severe, detrimental effect on the traffic from the M40 and the A5 to the Common. Hinckley is constantly having new Estates built onto it which greatly increases traffic anyway but with the additional lorries this proposed development will attract, the road infrastructure will simply not be able to cope even with some improvement.
