I agree to plans to increase the volume of freight transported by Railways. However I think the location for this particular development is not in the correct location. What will happen is due to unintended consequences there will be an increase in the Volume of Container Traffic on the Roads in the Area. Also I think that the Rail Connection is relatively undeveloped and not even Electrified. Personally I would scale it back in size and locate another Terminal near Peterborough.
