Not enough attention is being paid to the wider aspects of the Hinckley/Burbage freight terminal. This includes insufficient consideration of road capacities, schools, medical facilities and environmental factors both local and on a wider scale. Developers should be made to commit to the long term funding and improvement of all this and more.
