I am concerned regarding the size of this development and the environmental impact. The increased traffic associated with this development, in my opinion, will not only be harmful to the environment but also significantly impact on everyone living around the area. I am concerned this is building for the sake of building when there is a hub 2 junctions south of the M1 and 2 junctions North. A smaller hub may serve the area better, but I cannot see the demand for such a large scale development.
