I feel this development will be a disaster for the area. It is huge. Will significantly increase traffic to already grid locked roads in and around Burbage and Hinckley. There are often crashes on the M69 which in turn then will force lorries to drive through the village of Burbage and the roads are too narrow. There is an interchange both Loughborough way and Northampton both have significant empty units. This development in next to the one green space local people use to help with their mental health and to destress plus the significant impact on the l9cal wildlife and species within the Burbage woods and common area. Link road from the other side of this development to get the A47 also won't work as there is already significant traffic here also. Instead of ripping up more areas of natural beauty which people enjoy for development greed, use the units already built and join the rail to these interchange points instead.
