This will lead to more housing development, more traffic, more pressure on school places, parking chaos and most importantly destruction of green belt land. All in the name of so called progress which I and most people in the surrounding area refer to as GREED at the expense of existing residents in the area. THIS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO AHEAD!!!!!
