Should this project go ahead it will have a huge environmental impact upon our local green space and woodland, Burbage Common. This included the destruction and displacement of the ecosystem and also the visual beauty of the area. The surrounding town and villages will also be impacted by the changes. We have already lost so much of the natural beauty in this country for project such as this, there are better locations for such a hub - the destruction of a place loved by the community will affect how people feel about their locality. I for one will be devestated to see changes to Burbage common as it is a place to rest and relax and enjoy nature. Life is already hard enough for people, to take away a source of solace, including ruining the habitat of the local wildlife and flora. It is their home too.
