I am concerned about the impact on traffic congestion in this area and the environmental impact of heavy good vehicle emissions. This area is a local beauty spot offering an oasis of tranquility in Burbage Woods which would be devastated by the building, and ongoing operation of a commercial venture of this nature. We have already been impacted by the business park on the A5 by the Island Hotel and the newly built estate on the Lutterworth Road with more hosing planned. I believe Burbage is being hemmed in by development and is losing its village identity which makes it such a valuable home environment. I have lived here for nearly 50 years and feel that the place that I chose to share with my family with since their birth is danger of being lost forever. Please don’t rob us off of our home and precious memories. Once it is gone there is no retrieving it. Stop it now.
