The increase in already excessively busy traffic to a small town. The increase in building and lack of schools and doctors to accommodate this as well as no new reservoirs being built to supply the excess building. We already have rail terminals near us and we have already had more and more warehouses being built on the A5 and Burbage, we have our fair share.
