I believe the development will have a deep negative impact on Burbage Common. Many people use the common for peaceful walks in unspoilt countryside. The noise from the rail terminal would spoil this. Also, where I live in Barwell I hear the trains using the rail line when a train comes along and the wind is In the right direction. With the freight terminal it would be noisy all day. The roads on the western side of the development are also unsuitable for the HGV traffic the terminal would generate.
