I am the District Councillor for the Fosse Stoney Cove Ward. My concerns regarding the large development are as follows, 1. Increase in local traffic 2. Rail Freight is a word used to describe this development but the train will bring in freight and then it will be off loaded to lorries to deliver all over the UK. 3. M69 , Junction 21 Leicester M1, already congested. 4, Villages around the site will become gridlocked. 5. Number of vehicle movements not correct, a figure thats been created.. Narbough Crossing will be heavely congested in a small village
