The impact this rail freight terminal will be detrimental to all residents in the surrounding villages. Shipping containers will be stored high above the tree lines for all to see. HGVS will be forced to head through villages when the M69 M1 & A5 are blocked Children go to school on these roads there will inevitably be a fatality Infrastructure is already in place in the golden triangle of the Midlands - Daventry rail freight terminal and East Midlands rail freight terminal near EMA. Why are there storage depots being planned to be built on the site ? The plan is to basically move part of the UK container ports to a cheaper facility in the Midlands for monetary gains. Burbage common is common land and should not be built on or next to as its an area of outstanding natural beauty and home to many of nature's best wildlife. Horse bridal ways will be impacted. The current railway line is not sufficient to carry the number of containers planned for it. Local schools and hospitals can not withstand the influx of workers and there families. A railway link to Magna Park would be a more viable solution.
