I have worked locally all my life and have now semi retired. I spend many hours at Burbage Common walking my dog and meeting friends. Burbage Common is one of the main jewels in Hinckley’s crown. Many many people travel to come here. To walk through the woods listening to all the different birds singing is a joy. This proposed plan will ruin this fantastic amenity. It will be a travesty. The noise, the extra traffic, pollution. Do not do this, if not for the people of Hinckley, then for the wildlife who can’t speak for themselves.
