Lack of infrastructure in our area to cope with this development. Noise pollution with both rail and the actual terminal. Development is next to a beautiful peaceful common used by residents and visitors on a daily basis, this would impact wildlife. The rail traffic would be travelling through the centre of this area. At the moment the rail traffic is minimal. Extra road congestion from commuter traffic on an already very busy road. Extra Air & light pollution in a green belt area This area is already full of warehouses that cannot find enough staff to work at capacity. This development would mean our VILLAGE would be surrounded with warehouses/distribution as there are already a high volume of units on the A5 nearby. Already freight terminals within 30 minutes of the proposed site.
