i am exceedingly concerned about Narborough Station having 16 huge freight trains daily. The village roads from the station will be gridlocked as they are at times now with the normal trains. Also, the noise will be horrendous for villagers. I feel that our lovely countryside is not the proper place for this freight hub. Our villages should not be not used for industrial purposes such as this scheme. Our lovely Burbage Common and surrounding areas will lose wildlife for no good purpose The scheme will not benefit our villages. Leave them as they are and build this freight hub in an industrial area which does not impact on thousands of residents' lives and residential property values and our children's futures. Families live in this pleasant area of Leicestershire for good reason. Massive freight hubs of this size with all its accompanying disruption to Narborough Station and village roads and countryside should not considered. Our grandchildren are entitled to continue living in this pleasant area. The roads are busy enough at present without huge trucks on them, which will inevitably be used. The disruption to daily life will inevitably increase over the years as the freight hub progresses. It will wreck whole swathes of villages for gnerations to come.
