My major concerns about the proposed project are: - The environmental impact, including the destruction of established farms and associated fields used for crops or grazing. - Noise and light pollution - The impact on wildlife being so close to Burbage Common and woods, a very beautiful green space for enjoying nature and relaxation. - The major increase in road traffic on local roads and highways. - The possibility of further development if this project goes ahead. - The effect on existing rail services.
