  1. Additional pollution from the thousands of trucks per day will negatively impact Burbage Common, which is right next door. 2. The M69 / M1 junction is not capable of taking the additional traffic volume. 3. Additional trains passing through Narborough will cause road traffic chaos at the level crossing. 4. There is no practical need for a rail freight terminal in Hinckley. We already have DIRFT which is only a few miles down the road. 5. Any link road between M69 J2 and the A47 needs to be a full road with a proper roundabout at each end. This is needed to keep traffic out of Burbage and Hinckley.
