This development does not seem appropriate to the area. It builds on good farmland next to Burbage Common which will have a detrimental impact on the enjoyment of a beautiful public amenity (of which there are less and less each year). Light pollution already comes from the other large warehousing developments built around Hinckley, Burbage etc. 8400 new jobs means a lot of cars into and out of the site, and whatever is said in the plans people will realistically NOT be walking or cycling there particularly on a dark, cold, wet winter day or night. The site is not very far from Hams Hall on the same railway line or DIRFT.
