16.1 HNRFI Market Needs Assessment 6.4 HNRFI Non Technical Summary There are some key changes from the information provided at the consultation. The main one is that Tritax now see their market as being Magna Park, South Leicester and Coventry rather than the ‘local’ automotive industry. Areas outside the main HNRFI site, such as the main road through Sapcote and the centre of Stoney Stanton, have been included in the Development Consent Order. Up to 16 train visits a day are provided for (i.e., up to 16 trains arriving and 16 departing, giving a maximum total of up to 32 train movements a day)
