Main issue here.is building such a large scale development right next to the only bit of open space in the Hinckley area where you can go for a walk and escape from the local hustle and bustle. (Burbage Common) You have the impact of noise and heavy duty lighting causing a impact to the local nature which on a huge decline. The train line is noisy in the day so increase in trains is going to create noise 24/7 for no reatbite for residents. The local roads are creekying with over capacity so don't see how more heavy duty traffic as well as from employees van be sensibly facilitated. The bottom of A5 near to Hinckley was supposed to be a rail hub, yet not been expanded for its intended purpose. So that's the area that should of been developed to support rail freight.
