I want to be kept informed of the various stages of this project. As a concerned environmentalist and a Hinckley resident. I disagree with the planning application for the Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange. My grounds for being a representative are; the harm to the environment and the effects on the wildlife living in the proposed building area. I am not a technical expert, however I do believe the building of this freight terminal will have an irreversible impact on Burbage Common woods, a nature reserve and beauty spot, which I and my family enjoy. Hinckley’s roads will be greatly affected with heavier traffic loads. More warehouses will be built on our already depleted countryside around us. I believe I have set out enough information to be a relevant Representative of the Hinckley community, in which I am proud to be apart of.
