Impact on the wildlife and nature itself. The impact on the environment and quality of life. Taking up more of our pastured green lands for commercial use. The infrastructure will be cause more congestion that the existing infrastructure can't handle. Increased pollution both noise and air from heavy duty trucks and vehicles both during and after construction. Lorries still have to bring items to warehouses and take them away. People move to areas such as these for the pastured green lands and quiet - quaint villages and towns mean absolutely nothing to the developers and the government.
