Hinckley and Area have very limited green spaces like Burbage woods and common the proposed development alongside this peaceful area will have massive negative impacted from light, noise and air quality levels. 24/7. The impact of increased traffic in the area surrounding the site will be overwhelming. There are currently long queues on the M69 in both directions at the M1 and M6 will these junctions be improved to cope with the extra demand?. When the M6 or A5 closes because of an accident or a lorry getting stuck under the railway bridge Hinckley area already comes to a traffic standstill. The rail level crossing at Narborough station will not cope with the extra fright trains. On a personal level our bedroom faces the proposed development and the impact of noise from reversing lorry’s and containers being loaded we will hear. Plus lighting pollution. I’m not against rail freight terminals but in an area more suitable please keep these developments along the A5 corridor.
